The location was excellent. I found the proximity to the local market very convenient. the tram stop was also very close. It made travel into the city center quick and easy. the staff were very friendly. They provided excellent service throughout my stay.

mixed experience with a few issues

the location proved convenient, it offered easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants.
The aged decor felt somewhat poorly maintained. It lacked the freshness seen in other ibis hotels i have visited. the shower drain was clogged and the sink drain was fully blocked. this poor maintenance detracted from the overall experience. i wonder if the room wasn't guest-ready despite my request for a room change to the top floor, a request the staff kindly accommodated.

the staff were pleasant enough.
room 403 had a bad smell i think it came from the air con unit so other rooms might smell the same i mentioned it at checkout there was little reaction stairs to the top floor were quite dangerous.

The staff was helpful. They were always available to assist with information. They offered recommendations for local sites. I also appreciated the free luggage storage after checkout. The location was very convenient. We loved the free coffee in the foyer!!!
The air conditioning did not work. The room was humid. It was also dark. The room looked onto an internal light shaft. The light shaft had some rubbish inside it.

The location is convenient. It is close to public transportation. The staff was helpful and friendly. They provided useful recommendations for local activities. The breakfast offered good variety. The rooms were nice and neat.
The room I had was quite small. There was limited space for luggage. The noise from the street was noticeable. It sometimes disrupted sleep. I occasionally chose to use the stairs instead.
